RAP Manager allows you to print basic reports from any browse menu that appear identical to the browse table as seen on screen. The reports will print in the same index order you selected before deciding to print, but what if the indexes available aren't what you want ! If this is the case you can use the sort option when running a Query-by-form. This will allow you to custom design the order you want the records displayed in a search/sort list. You don't need to enter a specific Query to find certain records just a sort order and press [F10]. See "Query-by-form explained" for detail.

Regions are those areas defined on data entry forms that contain multiple records within a scrolling window. Each region will have a highlighted green border when it is active as determined by the position of the cursor. If the cursor is outside the region the border will be faint and any menu bar options at the bottom of the screen will apply to the records header detail. If the cursor is inside the region the border will be bright and any menu bar options at the bottom of the screen will apply to the records in the region. To enter the region you can press [Tab] or click anywhere inside the region with your mouse.
